If you receive a defective item or one that is not as described, we offer refunds under the conditions stated below. Should you not be fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help resolve any issues.

Returning Unwanted Items

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition, including all packaging.
  • Notify us via email within 14 days of receipt if there are issues with your items. Returns must be sent back within 14 days after approval.
  • Due to hygiene and health regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened e-liquids, vape kits, disposable e-cigarettes, or refill pods unless they are defective.

Disposable E-Cigarette Return Policy

  • Warranty is not available for disposable e-cigarettes due to their consumable nature.
  • We cannot process returns for taste-related issues due to hygiene reasons.
  • Puff counts indicated by manufacturers are estimates and are not guaranteed.

E-Liquid Return Policy

  • E-liquids cannot be returned due to the inability to verify tampering. Exceptions apply if the wrong product was shipped.
  • We do not accept returns based on flavor preferences. To avoid wastage, consider purchasing smaller quantities when trying new flavors.
  • If the return is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping cost via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.

Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty product, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. Our team will guide you through resolving the issue or returning the item.

All returns (defective or unwanted) must be initiated via email. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Shipping Information

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will only be processed once we receive and inspect your returned items.
  • Exchanges may have varying shipping times depending on your location. For high-value orders, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee the receipt of returned items.

Refunds

If approved, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 3-5 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
